Return and Refund Policy

At TheClothKitchen, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. While we do not offer refunds or returns, we do accept exchanges under specific conditions. Please carefully read our exchange policy before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Exchange: You may be eligible to exchange a product under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Product: If the product you receive is damaged upon arrival, you must provide valid proof.
  • Size Issues: If there is a size issue, you can request an exchange after returning the original product for inspection.

Conditions for Exchange To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Unboxing Video Proof: You must provide a clear video of the product being unpacked to verify any damage.
  • Unused Condition: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Return Request Period: You must initiate the exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product by contacting our customer support team.
  • Return Inspection: For size issues, the original product must be returned to us. After a careful inspection, if the product is in fresh condition, the exchange will be processed.

Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Exchange: To begin the exchange process, please email us at theclothkitchen.shop@gmail.com  within 48 hours of receiving your product. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and the unpacking video proof.
  2. Exchange Authorization: Once we receive your request, our customer service team will review the details. If your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Shipping the Product: The product must be securely packaged and shipped back to us at your own cost. TheClothKitchen is not responsible for any damages that may occur during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
  4. Inspection and Approval: After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it for the reported issues. We will process the exchange if the product meets the exchange criteria (damaged or size issue).

Exchange or Replacement: Your replacement will be delivered within five business days after we receive the returned product at our warehouse.

If the returned product is approved, we will offer an exchange for the same product or a different size (in case of size issues). If the exact product is unavailable, we may offer a replacement of equivalent value or provide store credit for future purchases. The exchange process may take up to 7-14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Exceptions

  • We do not accept exchanges for items that have been custom-altered or tailored to your specifications.
  • Exchanges due to customer error (e.g., incorrect size selection without size issues) will not be accepted unless the product is returned in fresh condition and inspected.
