  • Tracking Information: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to track your order until it reaches you.

International Shipping

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, our team will contact you to verify the order details and calculate the shipping costs based on the volumetric weight provided by the air carrier.
  • Processing Time: International orders will be processed within 7-10 business days after confirmation.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery times for international orders vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method, typically between 10-20 business days.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: TheClothKitchen is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer's responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping Restrictions

Please note that we currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
